Minimum Age: 14+

First-timers welcome; prior Himlayan trek experience preferred.

Fitness Criteria

  • Run 5 km in 30 min (no stress) or 10 km in 70 min

  • Or cycle 18 km in 50 min

  • Carry 10–12 kg backpack (or 3–5 kg if offloading)

Health & Awareness

Pulse (rest): 60 - 100

BP: 100 - 130 / 75 - 85 mmHg

Respiratory rate: 12 - 20 breaths/min
